Whether your smart cookie is in K-12 or beyond, the abundance of quality local schools will be sure to fit with your child’s educational aspirations. For this article, we wanted to focus on the high schools in the Rocklin Unified School District to give you a nice snapshot of the fantastic qualities each one brings to the table.

Whitney High School

Located within our community, this school is only a short stroll away from your Whitney Ranch home! Whitney High School has an exceptional group of teachers and staff, which has led to it being crowned a California Distinguished School. Their students’ ACT scores consistently outperform the statewide average, making it an ideal campus for college-bound academics. If your budding athlete becomes a Whitney High School Wildcat, there are plenty of opportunities for them to pursue their favorite sport. Wildcats Athletics has had a successful track record, with plenty of students going on to play for their respective universities.

Rocklin High

Home of The Thunder, Rocklin High’s school spirit and outstanding academics make it a shining member of the Rocklin Unified School District. As another California Distinguished School, you can be sure your child is on the right academic path, here! In addition to its awesome athletics program, Rocklin High boasts a fantastic Visual and Performing Arts department. Whether your child’s heart is set on pursuing music, theatre, dance, choir, sculpture, or painting, Rocklin High has it all!

Victory High School

The hard work and dedication of Victory High School’s teachers, and staff makes following in the footsteps of fellow “Panthers” a great pathway for a successful academic career. Since it opened in 1995, Victory has been recognized by the State of California as both a Model Continuation School and a highly accredited WASC school. Supplemental programs and services are provided by the school to help students achieve their goals. These include career counseling, concurrent enrollment in community college, and work experience.
