Romantic Dinners For Two
Monday, February 6th, 2017
We’re feelin’ the love here at Whitney Ranch, and we know it can be stressful when you’re not sure how to spend it with your favorite valentine. But what could be more romantic than eating a delicious meal together? Cooking it together too! Trust us when we say, you’ll love dining on these dishes over candlelight while your love reads you poetry.
Beer Cheese Fondue with Roasted Veggies. How do you spell romance? F-O-N-D-U-E! You and your pumpkin will have fun dipping and dining in cheesy bliss while enjoying some tasty veggies on the side. Recipe
Mini Heart Pizzas. This is more of a lighthearted dish, but still romantic nonetheless. Have some fun in the kitchen with your beau and make your own heart-shaped pizzas! Add your own toppings and eat while watching your favorite romantic comedy. Recipe
Steak Dinner for Two. This is the ultimate Valentine’s Day menu that pulls out all of the stops. Whether you want to surprise your honey with dinner on the table or cook it together, either way you’ll need to put on some stretchy pants right after! The menu includes scalloped potatoes, bacon avocado caesar salad, and garlic butter steak. Recipe
Roasted Heart Potatoes. These little morsels will warm your heart and fill your bellies! Use a cookie cutter to make heart-shaped potatoes as a Valentine’s Day side dish. Recipe
Cashew Ricotta Stuffed Shells. Nothing says love like stuffed, cheesy shells. It only takes one hour to prepare and you’ll be smiling through the whole meal! Don’t forget your basil and oregano for added seasoning. Recipe
Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti. There’s nothing like some classic chicken parmesan, which, let’s face it, is the real soul food for twitterpated couples. Use a knife and fork, or if you want to make it interesting, eat it Lady and the Tramp style! Recipe
Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon. If you and your puddin’ are trying to keep things healthy for 2017, then this is the perfect Valentine’s Day meal. You’ll need salmon (obviously), ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha, and chopped green onions for all of kinds of flavorful goodness. Recipe
From all of us Whitney Ranch, we hope you have a delicious Valentine’s Day!
