Mindscape Fermentation

Tres Amigas bring a new experience to Rocklin.  Lauren Price, Charlotte Crott & Lauren Houston are off to an amazing start with their business Mindscape Fermentations.  Brewing beers, collaborations, hard kombuchas, and seltzers they’ve got something for everyone.  

With bites available, a small wine list, and a kid-friendly play area this really is a great new business.  If you’re an adventurous eater try the funky (in a fun way) fermented kimchi sampler to accompany your tart and tasty beverages.  We also enjoyed the panini and the fermented salsa with chips.

Considering all the trendy creative magic going into beers these days we were surprised to join the ranks of customers truly enjoying the wonderfully refreshing beer they brewed in collaboration with Bullmastiff Brewing the “Pour Favor” Mexican Lager.  This Lager is simple in all the best ways, with a shimmering malt profile and perfect hop balance.  Is IPA more your thing?  Don’t worry the Astrochemist Hazy IPA and the Hydraglyphics West Coast IPA certainly deliver the freshest Hop profiles.  Booze not your thing?  Even the N/A sparkling probiotic soda and lemonade are worth dropping in for.
