It wouldn’t be fall without a turkey craft! Help the kids cut out egg cartons and paint them their favorite colors. The brighter the better! When dry, they can glue on googly eyes, paper beaks, and colorful feathers. Materials and tutorial HERE

Leaf Wreath

This sweet little wreath is fun to make and looks oh so profesh! The instructions recommend a die cut machine, but if you don’t have one, simply have your little ones collect some leaves on the way home from the bus stop and trace around them to make leaf shapes. Details and instructions HERE

Pumpkin Apple Stamps

Make pumpkins from apples! 🍎It’s possible with this fun stamping craft! This one is great for the littles because the homemade apple stamps are perfect for tiny hands to grip and hold. Instructions HERE

Leaf Garland

📷: Artful Parent

After a weekend leaf crunching, collect some of your favorites for a lovely garland for your mantle. The kids can unleash their inner artist and use metallic and white marker to draw on each leaf. Or even better, they can write something they’re thankful for on each leaf. 🍂 Instructions HERE.

Paper Bag Monsters

And now for the Halloween crafts! Invite the neighbor kids over for these frightfully fun paper bag monsters. Bring out the googly eyes (the bigger the better!), construction paper, paint, pipe cleaners, stickers, and anything else you can find to adorn these little monsters. You probably don’t need any instructions, but here’s a how-to just in case HERE

Pumpkin Tic-Tac-Toe

This is the craft that keeps on giving! After they’ve finished painting the pumpkins, they can stay busy playing tic-tac-toe. 🎃 Details HERE

Handprint Skeletons

Creep it real with these super easy handprint skeletons. All you need is black construction paper, white washable paint, and Q-tips! Instructions HERE

Halloween Rock Magnets
