June is the month to get back in shape! Throughout the month of June, several fitness classes will be held at The Ranch House. The best part…every class is FREE! Fitness classes will include:

  • Yoga on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30am – This class offers a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and sculpt the body as well as challenge and strengthen the cardiovascular system.

  • Bootcamp on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm: During this program members will challenge themselves with custom workouts designed to build muscle, and tighten and tone the whole body.

  • Aqua Fitness on Fridays from 9:00-10:00am: This class is designed to be a mix of a little bit of everything. You’ll work on different strokes and swim styles to enhance your efficiency while building a workout that will increase your swimming ability.


Thursdays from 8am-Noon: Come out to the Finn Hall Parking Lot (4090 Rocklin Road) and take advantage of the fresh, locally grown produce at Foothill Farmer’s Market. This Market is only around through August 27th, so take advantage now!


Food Truck Mania on Thursday, June 25 from 5:00-9:00pm: Returning for its 2nd year in 2015, Food Truck Mania, in conjunction with SactoMofo, draws a crowd of between 1,000 to 2,000 each month. In addition to 10-15 Food Trucks, there are also activities and entertainment throughout the night. Come on out and join us for great food and entertainment. Ice Cream by the Pool on Friday, June 5 at 3:30pm: Come to The Ranch House pool for some delicious ice cream. This great cold treat is perfect for a summer day.


Rocklin Brewfest 2015 on Saturday, June 6 from 1:00-5:00pm: Get ready forRocklin Brewfest 2015, taking place at Johnson Springview Park! Over 38 breweries will be on site to let you sample their finest brews. They also will feature 7 wineries this year for wine lovers. The cost is $25. 1 admission ticket includes 15 tickets, each good for one 4 ounce tasting. Remember that nobody under the age of 21 will be admitted to the event. To purchase tickets clickHERE.


Origin Coffee & Tea Grand Reopening on Sunday, June 7 from 12:00-8:00pm: One of our Favorite local coffee shops,Origin Coffee & Tea, recently underwent some renovations, but the Grand Reopening date is finally here! They’ll be serving up $2.00 lattes, so make sure you stop by and support this local coffee hot spot.


Cupcake Ball on Saturday, June 13 from 6:00-8:00pm:Sacramento Children's Museum cordially invites daddies and their daughter(s) to the Museum to dance the night away at theirfourth annual Cupcake Ball! Sign up today, because space is limited. Tickets can be purchasedHERE. Enjoy Museum play, dancing, and visits from our coterie of princesses! Princess dress-up is encouraged, and each child will receive a fairy wand! Cupcakes and light refreshments will be served. Summer Camp from June 15 – June 19 from 9:00am-1:00pm every day: Join us for a week of Whitney Ranch summer camp fun! Each day will consist of a variety of themed games, crafts, and activities. Themes include: Stars & Stripes, Shipwrecked, Survivor, Field Day, and Camp Out. This camp is for Whitney Ranch residents only, and space is limited! Whitney Ranch Night at The River Cats Friday, June 19: Enjoy a night out cheering on our local baseball team, The Rocklin River Cats, as they take on the Reno Aces. Lawn tickets are $9 per person, while sections 101-103 are $16 per person and sections 104-120 are $20 per person. Friday Evening in the Park on Friday, June 26: Want to enjoy a free movie under the stars with the family? Head over to Johnson Springview Park for aspecial screening of Princess Bride. Before the movie, Rocklin families will have the chance to compete in a Family Feud style game show and win some great prizes!


Whitney Ranch 4th of July Celebration on Friday, June 26 from 3:00-7:00pm: Come to The Ranch House for an early 4th of July Bash. There will be crafts, carnival games, a bounce house, DJ, BBQ dinner, dessert and more in celebration of Independence Day. Pre-Registration is required.
