If you’re looking for some great new recipes to try this year for the holidays, then look no further! We’ve got some yummy entrees and treats that your family is going to absolutely love! Check them out below:



  1. Peppermint White Hot Chocolate. If you’re a diehard fan of hot chocolate, then you are going to LOVE this recipe! You’ll need: 4 cups of milk, 8 ounces of white chocolate, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract, and some delicious toppings of your choice!

 

  1. Crockpot Breakfast Casserole.  There’s nothing like waking up Christmas morning to a scrumptious breakfast aroma! And the Crockpot Breakfast Casserole is the perfect meal for you and your family to enjoy together. You’ll need: 1 dozen eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 package (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 lb of sausage, browned and drained or 1lb of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or use both), 2 cups cheddar cheese or colby jack - shredded, ¼ teaspoon dry mustard (optional), ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper,  and ½ cup green onions - diced (optional), 1 green pepper - diced.

 

  1. Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge. Just the sound of it could make anyone’s tastebuds tingle! Crank these babies out and you will have very satisfied guests on Christmas day! You’ll need: 4 cups white sugar, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk, 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme, 1 (16 ounce) jar peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

 

  1. Slow Cooker Blueberry French Toast. Mmmm, nothing like the smell of blueberries in a slow cooker. Try this twist on making french toast this Christmas! You’ll need: 8 eggs, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 cup 2% milk, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread, cubed, 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 12 ounces cream cheese - cubed

 

  1. Overnight Apple Oatmeal. If you love oatmeal, this recipe kicks it up 50 notches! Try making this warm and comforting treat one morning, you won’t be disappointed! You’ll need: 2 tbsp butter, 4 medium apples, peeled and diced, ¾ cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 2 cups old fashioned oats, 4 cups water or 3 cups water and 1 cup half and half.
